This company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join their growing Sales Team.
You will be responsible for generating leads and supporting the sales team.
Main Tasks: -
- Proactive outbound calling to new and existing customers - Lead generation - Business development - creating customer quotes - Digital Marketing, managing email list and creating copy - Social media lead generation through Facebook, Linked In, G+ and Twitter - Representing us at networking events and trade shows as required - Managing customer requests, chasing sales quotes and maintaining good customer relations - Managing and updating sales software to ensure it is used correctly and contains the latest prices and information - Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts - Research products and compare prices - Assisting with updating the website and monitoring Google Analytics - Creating marketing collateral - Liaising with vendors and suppliers to create marketing materials - Supporting the office staff as and when needed - Engage with customers through customers service questionnaires and feedback - This list is not exhaustive and at times you may be required to carry out duties not specified
Skills Required: -
- Experience of customer service or client management - Excellent communication and planning skills - Able to self motivate, be proactive and flexible - Must be proficient in Outlook and have fluent writing skills - Google Analytics - Microsoft Dynamics CRM (training provided) - Attention to detail and keen to take responsibility for the execution of their assigned tasks
