We are a small family owned and run business supplying specialist supplies and equipment to the memorial trade. We offer a professional working environment where everyone is treated like family. We are currently looking for a customer-focused account manager capable of building lasting relationships with our key customers and drive sales to new customers.
Job key responsibilities:
Driving new business and growing sales revenue against agreed targets.
When you’re out of the office
Provide technical experience when talking to customers at trade shows or on site. Hands on experience and training will be provided.
Visiting customers to develop lasting relationships, in particular with key customers who you would visit regularly.
When you’re in the office
Researching and contacting potential customers
Contacting ex-customers to renew relationships
Reviewing and following up on samples supplied
An ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can build long lasting relationships with customers. You will be self-motivated with strong organisational skills but above all, you will be trustworthy and honest, never selling products unless they are required.
Basic salary plus incentive based pay structure £25k-£35k
