Our client is one of the UK's Top 50 Startups and Guardian Small Business Award Winner. The complete nightlife discovery tool, we inspire users to find the best nights out in the UK and provide a leading ticketing software for event organisers to help sell out their events. We’ve recently seen exciting growth in our ticketing platform and we want you to help drive this part of the business to become the leading ticket platform in the UK. You can be part of our young dynamic team, helping to grow something incredibly special [Look out for the office dogs and beer pong Friday’s]. They work hard and play hard so if you want to join their special team and culture keep reading.

Day-to-day activities will include:

* Researching and identifying clients in London and across the UK, pipeline building

* Working with clients to use the platform efficiently

* Proactively identify improvements to the software to address customer needs

* Business development via phone, email and face-to-face

* Product development

Key candidate requirements for the role:

* Ideally a university graduate with a 2:1 degree – Desirable

* Significant sales experience success – Essential

* Experience of selling software/tech/consumer led products/services – Desirable

* Experience in the event ticketing industry – Desirable

* Ability to learn and adopt new systems and products – Essential

* Technology savvy and capable – Essential

* Extreme attention to detail and a passion for maintaining standards and quality in work -Essential

* Strong planner and organiser – Essential

* Ability to develop strong business relationships – Essential

* Energy, charisma and fun attitude - Essential

* Knowledge/experience in the nightlife industry – Desirable

* Experience in working in a start-up/small business environment – Desirable
