Using your expertise to build relationships with our customers, you’ll deliver exceptional sales and customer experiences every step of the way – from first impressions to finalising the deal. 

You’ll already have good experience in a customer-facing sales environment. So you’ll know how important it is to understand and meet customer needs. Using your natural charisma to build rapport, you’ll highlight the features and benefits of our homes, explaining the different specifications and additional options available along with the buying process. And your ability to influence and negotiate will ensure we achieve optimum prices and strengthen our position as an industry leader. Our most successful days for selling homes are when our customers are most available, so you’ll be happy to work weekends and bank holidays. You’ll also have your own transport.
