Sales Support / Sales Administrator / Sales / Customer Service / Account Manager

Experienced Sales Administrator is needed by our client, a leading ceramic tile distributor and retailer based in Sheffield. They offer one of the largest selections of tiles in the UK, with over 4000 designs, styles, and sizes sourced worldwide. Along with this success, they are now looking for a new member to join their well-established team.

The Role
- Developing sales opportunities within Architectural Sales
- Liaising between external sales, customers, and internal resources
- Growing and maintaining relationships with new and current clients
- Developing product/market knowledge
- Working closely with the Contracts Sales Manager and Contracts Co-ordinator
- Maintaining the web-based Architectural sales tool
- Liaising with, supporting and recommending solutions to the Contracts Co-Ordinator, Buying and Display departments
- Managing the departmental Sample/Literature operation
- Using website-based cloud "Leads System" to evaluate, approach and support sales effort into prospective business opportunities
- Liaising with internal and external experts
- Operating and managing sample stock
- Knowledge of Construction/Refurbishment market

Essential Skills
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Minimum A-Level education or relevant industry experience
- Confident and credible telephone manner
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Demonstrable evidence of business/commercial understanding
- Excellent research skills
- Ability to logically approach problems and find solutions
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Ability to understand technical drawings (latent or proven)
- Good computer/website literacy
- You must have permission to work in the UK
- You may need to drive or commute to the office

Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8.30-17.00
