Sales Administrator – £20-25K + commission – Chesham

The Role

This innovative, market leading medical supplier is searching for an organised Sales Administrator to support their successful sales team. The incoming Sales Administrator will be a key point of contact for new and existing customers, providing invaluable after-sales support as well as developing new sales opportunities.

The right Sales Administrator must be highly organised with the ability to prioritise their own workload, as they will be responsible for important administration tasks such as updating the CRM and producing accurate sales and pipelines reports.  This is the perfect opportunity for a dedicated and efficient Sales Administrator to get stuck in and make a real mark in this established business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and general administration for the Sales Department and the Sales Director
  • Creating and maintaining excellent working relationships with new and existing clients via telephone and email
  • Updating records and the CRM to ensure prospect data lists are accurate
  • Assisting with promoting company products and developing new sales opportunities
  • Liaising with external clients and setting up meetings with prospect clients
  • Produce accurate weekly sales performance and pipeline reports and assist with email marketing campaigns
