Sales Account Manager - Commercial Flooring - £34K + Uncapped OTE & Company Car

The Company: A Multimillion turnover business, our client is a leading vinyl flooring specialist. Supplying luxury, high spec to commercial and residential customers, their range spans a global remit. Operating in American, Australasia and Europe and employing over 300 people, this company is still family owned and remains true to it's roots.

The Role: The new Sales Account Manager will be largely responsible and targeted on growing existing business. Typically dealing with Sales Managers, you will sell to a range of flooring retailers. This field based role will see you covering East Anglia & Midlands territory, you will also prospect new business across your patch.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Business to business sales experience
  • Ideally sold to retail or wholesale
  • Structured and independent with a strong character
  • Full driving licence

Benefits:

  • £33,942 basic salary, plus uncapped commission (up to £55K paid quarterly first year)
  • Product training, progression into Regional Management and Key Accounts
  • Company car, mobile, laptop and pension
