The principle role of the Retention Sales Executive will be to contact existing customers and attempt to retain them via outbound manual dialling. The retention agent will become part of a well established team and will have an integral role within the organisation. Great earning potential with UNCAPPED commission. This is a full-time role on a permanent contact. No cold calling. All training provided.
