Brief job description:

Our client is a major branded retailer, offering both product and fabric customisation on an exciting range of top quality sofas and accessories that are made in Britain. No one can match them for choice and they have the ability to customise nearly all of their designs to perfectly suit an individual customer's requirements.

Through a comprehensive induction and training programme you will fully get to grips with our client's business, culture and customers, plus you'll meet and work with other colleagues in your designated region to develop a thorough understanding of the operation. After the initial induction and training, you will be responsible for driving sales, profits and standards within your designate store and following a short period in a manager designate role supporting stores in your region, you will eventually take responsibility for your own store as soon as a position becomes available and with a massive store opening programme planned, that should be sooner rather than later.

We welcome applications from candidates with a strong track in management ideally within retail, or working with a premium brand, with experience of achieving excellent results in KPI's, Sales and Profits. Also required is the ability to demonstrate effective performance in problem solving, decision making, building relationships, developing self and staff, planning and organising and managing through others. A flexible approach to working hours is required i.e. working weekends and reasonable additional hours in line with the needs of the business, particularly during busy seasonal periods and flexibility as to store location as well as a clean UK driving licence and car.
