The Sales Recruitment Network is seeking a Store Manager on behalf of a retailer of luxury handmade furniture.  Based from one of their impressive showrooms a basic salary and commission is on offer to allow earnings c. £30-35K OTE, minimum guarantee of £26-30K for the first year.

Brief job description: 

Our client is a major branded retailer, offering both product and fabric customisation on an exciting range of top quality sofas and accessories that are made in Britain. No one can match them for choice and they have the ability to customise nearly all their designs to perfectly suit an individual customer’s requirements. 

This position is a showroom based management role and will entail managing a team of sales consultants that helps customers choose the perfect sofa for their home, as well as personally dealing with customers on the showroom floor. Previous retail sales and management experience is required and a liking for interior design, interior trends, fashion and all things sofa related, would be useful. In return you will receive a competitive salary and an excellent uncapped commission structure, plus other company benefits including 31 days’ annual leave, a company pension scheme, life assurance and a vast selection of discounts with partner retailers. Our client has exciting growth plans for the future and are constantly developing their brand experience which can lead to progression opportunities to develop within the company.
