The Role: The successful Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a network of distribution outlets, with a heavy focus on electrical wholesalers. Talking to branch and store managers, counter staff and buying groups, you will also be looking to develop new accounts with some element of working with lighting showrooms. This role carries a lot of autonomy and the newRegional Sales Manager will also benefit from working for a company with a true family feel.

For this Regional Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Field sales experience
You will have a track record of selling into or for electrical wholesalers
Strong candidates who have sold to or for other construction merchants may also be considered
Personable candidates with a persistent nature and good relationship building skills will fit in well here
