Regional Sales Manager - Health & Fitness - £25-30K + 20K OTE

The Company: Our client is a 2 million turnover, global leader in the health and fitness industry. Specialising in muscle engagement and response, they manufacturer scientifically proven technology which accelerates training and performance results. They are now looking to launch a new product into the residential care market and recruit a sales manager to bring on new business across the South of England.

The Role: The Regional Sales Manager will be largely responsible for prospecting new business. Typically working with an average order size between £4.5-5K and on 5 week sales cycles, you will self-source, targeting hospitality, medical, residential care and health and fitness markets. Field based 4 days per week and based from home, dealing with general managers and local authorities.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must have strong field sales experience
  • Business to business sales background
  • Experience selling a solution
  • Full driving license

Benefits:

  • Up to £30,000 basic salary + realistic £50,000 OTE first year
  • £5,000 car allowance
