Your Role will be to promote commercial and passenger Lift Sales, increase unit sales and establish and build upon relationships with key customers in the UK

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and manage commercial and passenger lift sales in your given area with a view to meeting agreed annual budgets, objectives and targets
  • Ensure that the company is kept aware of market requirements, market trends and potential business growth in these areas
  • Liaise closely with management and relevant areas of the company to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Provide data on the commercial & passenger lift market for inclusion in the Sales Database
  • Produce weekly call reports, monthly sales figures and lost orders reports
  • Support the internal lift team in identifying potential contacts
  • Actively promote the companies Value's: Respect, Entrepreneurship and Learning

General Duties:

  • Assist company in the completion of Customer Satisfaction Audits as required by the BSI
  • By personal example, actively promote the Company Values of Entrepreneurship, Respect and Learning
  • Complete all required administrative tasks in a regular and timely fashion

An annual appraisal will be conducted and specific KPI's will be agreed, with ongoing informal review and full review at the following appraisal.

KNOWLEDGE

  • A clear understanding of the commercial & passenger lift market.
  • Business development experience.

SKILLS

  • Proven customer management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills - particularly communication
  • Good organisational skills.

ATTITUDE

  • Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
  • Positive under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic

Qualifications:

  • GCSE Mathematics (Grade A* to C)
  • GCSE English (Grade A* to C)
  • A further 3 GCSE's (Grade A* to C)
  • NQF Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a technical subject.
  • Extensive UK commercial & passenger lift market experience in all sectors.
