THE COMPANY: A global, market-leading organisation in the audiology sector who continue to grow from strength to strength due to innovation and a real focus on product quality, customer requirements and after sales support. This division provide hearing aids and audiology training services to practice environments and they are currently seeking to recruit an organised, structured, motivated and technically competent sales professional to manage and grow their business within the South of England. You will also have responsibility for managing 1 other sales representative.
THE ROLE: As Regional Sales Manager the successful candidate will be nurturing relationships within independent audiology dispensers and private hearing aid audiologists - typical contact level being owners, managers and audiologists. There will be a healthy mix of new and existing business and you will also be involved in clinical training and demonstrations with both clinicians and end users. Candidates must be looking for a step up into a leadership role or already have had that exposure. You must also have a related healthcare sales background and preference will be given to those with audiology experience and / or those who have sold into owner-managed businesses within the healthcare arena (optical, audiology, dental, veterinary etc). Full product training will be provided and career and earning potential is attractive for high achievers.
The Package for Regional Sales Manager:
- Basic: £40,000 to £45,000
- Bonus: £8,000 to £10,000
- Car: Fully expensed company car

Location: The position of Territory Manager covers London, Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire
