The Role: As Regional Sales Manager, you will have responsibility for a team of 8 sales professionals who sell the company's products and services to secondary schools and education trusts in the region. Time would be spent coaching, mentoring, leading and developing this sales team - together with recruitment and setting/implementing strategy.
The Person: The ideal candidate will be a high calibre individual with a polished and professional approach. Experience of managing sales team, with demonstrable results is desired. It is imperative that you are driven by sales and can transfer this to a sales team, whilst being a natural rapport builder.
£45,000 - £50,000 Basic, 20% bonus, Company Car + Fuel Card
