Description

The field sales team partner with our customers to prospect for, grow, maintain and protect relationships, fuelling the customer's potential through sales.

The main responsibilities will be:

  • Set and manage departmental objectives demonstrating an understanding of the strategy and adapting to changes, ensuring clarity on ambiguity. Effectively manage direct reports demonstrating high personal standards of performance
  • Maintain team priorities when setbacks occur. Achieve deadlines and targets, addressing performance issues sensitively and constructively when required
  • Communicate using clear language and the appropriate tools whilst checking understanding. Command attention and respect and display self confidence, taking into account the audience
  • Develop effective and positive working relationships with all appropriate stakeholders, seeking and acting on constructive feedback. Form an effective team able to work together on decisions and constructively question methods and practices for the best results
  • Encourage others to come up with new ideas, participating readily in discussions both functionally and cross functionally
  • Lead as an ambassador for our mission, values and pledge helping associates to understand the business and how it is aligned to the strategy
  • Manage a team of 9 are sales manager
