Regional Sales Manager - Retail

Our client is a well-respected, innovative and expanding leader in their big ticket, niche retail market.

They are looking for a Regional Manager to undertake a key strategic role within their group, managing a cluster of stores.

You should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and have the capacity to manage, develop and mentor a team of targeted, high achieving Store Managers.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Retail experience in ‘big ticket’/high value or luxury items
  • A steady career with significant experience of Store Management
  • Experience of managing multiple locations
  • Experience of working in a sales driven environment
  • A proven track record of achieving results through others
  • The capacity to establish credibility and authority quickly

An interest in fashion or interior design would be very helpful.
