The Role: The new Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for looking after a team of field sales people who sell into them manufacturing sector; weekly visits with your reports, ensuring they adhere to KPIs, coaching and training are all part of your remit. You will also spend some time managing some strategic accounts yourself. With full P&L responsibility for a £10 million territory, this is a vital management role within this progressive company. The Company: With 75 years of trading history behind them and a $multi-billion global sales turnover, our client is the market leader in their sector. They sell a vast range of industrial MRO products, offering value engineering and a centralised billing process, and now seek a new Regional Sales Manager to be based in the North of England. For this Regional Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Experience of managing a regional sales team
You will ideally come from an industrial, distribution or manufacturing sales background
A demonstrable track record of gaining good results from your team is essential
Well trained individuals with excellent relationship building skills
