Due to a UK and Ireland sales strategy, Our client is looking for a Regional sales manager to take full P/L responsibility for the UK and Ireland.

Client Details

Our client is a manufacture of building materials with a distribution network throughout Europe and the USA. Prevalent in the High End finished building material products they are well established and have exciting progression plans.

Description

  • Implement the group strategy in the UK and Ireland

  • Strategic account management

  • Explore new business

  • Manage the subsidiaries budget

  • Tracking key accounts and/or major customers in order to build customer loyalty and increase purchases

  • Lead and motivate the UK and Ireland team, provide them with the necessary elements and support to achieve the overall objectives.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have some of the following.

  • A background in developing new markets within the building materials market

  • A background in Distribution channel

  • A qualification up to degree standard or equivalent

  • Evidence of strategic planning and strong organisation

  • Team Management

  • Successful sales history

  • High level of Microsoft office

The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of up to £50,000 + Bonus + Bens
