As a result they are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager in the Medical Systems Department.

This is a great opportunity for someone to continue to grow their managerial experience for a market leading company in the medical device industry. The company has a strong culture for internal growth, encourages progression and constant in house training is provided.

Description

As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for the overall development and performance of the sales representatives as part of the regional project delivery team covering the entire region.

This field based role will see you out observing your sales team, coaching individuals to develop their soft skills and providing expert guidance on how to maximise their sales performance. As part of a high performing sales team you will ensure the delivery of sales targets within your area, and provide feedback alongside invaluable market insight to regional and national commercial managers.

Profile

The successful Regional Sales Manager will:-

  • Previous experience in managing a sales team selling medical devices.
  • Have strong interpersonal and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Possess a supportive leadership style, coaching and developing a team of territory sales managers who will, under your guidance, deliver exceptional sales results.
  • The ability to analyse, interpret and successfully deploy market data is essential, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel is expected. You will need to be willing to travel extensively and work autonomously.
  • Have a full driver's license.
  • Be able to travel to the London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex area on a daily basis.
  • Be able to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.

Job Offer

Basic salary of £55K-£60K.
