As a result they are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager in the Medical Systems Department.

As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for the overall development and performance of the sales representatives as part of the regional project delivery team covering the entire region.
This field based role will see you out observing your sales team, coaching individuals to develop their soft skills and providing expert guidance on how to maximise their sales performance. As part of a high performing sales team you will ensure the delivery of sales targets within your area, and provide feedback alongside invaluable market insight to regional and national commercial managers.
The successful Regional Sales Manager will:-
Basic salary of £55K-£60K.
