The Role: The new Regional Sales Director will be managing a team of eight field sales executives who sell into the Horeca, contract catering and public sectors. You will also spend some time managing some key accounts, but the focus of your role is to lead, develop and coach your team.
The Company: With nearly half a century of success behind them, our client is the largest and arguable most successful non-food distributor in the catering field. They sell a vast range of products including light catering equipment, bar and glassware, chefs clothing, catering capital equipment and table top equipment, and now seek a new Regional Sales Director in the South East.
