Job Title: Recruitment Account Director
Salary: Basic up to £35,000 plus car allowance. £45,000 to £50,000 OTE Year 1, £50,000 to £70,000 OTE Year 2, £70,000 to £90,000 OTE Year 3

About the role:
Our business development strategy is focused on delivering a great experience to our potential customers before we attempt to sell to them. The EasyWeb marketing team are constantly arranging webinars, workshops and networking events (2-3 per week). We also operate a consistent content marketing strategy that sees us publishing content to the internet and social media. Both of these strategies sees us produce lots of high quality leads every week from HR professionals / In-house recruiters who are fans of EasyWeb. This role focuses on developing business largely within this community of delegates and people known to us, meeting with them and detailing how our services might be suitable for them.
In addition, the role of the Recruitment Account Director is to approach companies who haven’t used our services before, self-generate new business meetings, build a rapport, conduct an in depth needs analysis and sell our services. This role would suit a proactive individual who enjoys meeting new people, networking and winning new business.
Our aim is to be a recruitment partner to our client’s rather than just another supplier. To this mind we offer a full range of services from online recruitment advertising, recruitment software (Applicant Tracking System), recruitment agency, training and employee engagement. You will look to manage each prospect through the sales cycle and once a new client is won, you will continue to own the relationship, account manage and up sell, but also work on bringing through more new clients. We are very successful in maintaining client relationships so all our current sales team are seeing their earnings grow year on year, as they build their client base.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience within recruitment. Your recruitment experience could be from working at job boards (online recruitment), traditional recruitment agencies, fixed fee recruitment or selling recruitment software. You must have a good track record of selling in a B2B environment, have a consultative sales style and be a new business hunter who also excels at account management. You will also need to be results driven, highly motivated and be able to build rapport with people over the telephone and face to face.
