Star Telesales Manager with experience in overseas property investments and retail HNWI sales is needed for our client, an international boutique finance firm with a 14 year track record and over $1Billion in completed transactions. They are seeking a dynamic entrepreneurial telesales leader with a 5 year proven track record to establish and head up a strong telemarketing team to be based in the Greater London area (and Nationwide opportunities).

Duties:
Identify and build a strong team of initially 3-5 telemarketers with property investment sales experience and proven high lead conversion rates
Managing the team, setting sales goals, incentives and bonus plans
Managing and overseeing all related administrative tasks
Sourcing qualified leads and databases for UK and international HNWI's
Managing either in-house or outsourced lead qualifiers
Identify efficient online marketing campaigns for lead generation and exposure

The candidate will need to possess:
5+ year verifiable proven track record in building and managing a telemarketing operation
Experience in overseas property investments and retail HNWI sales globally
Be completely self-motivated, possess entrepreneurial spirit, be eloquent, educated and have a clean record
Be able to generate leads or have access to a qualified database
Demonstrable experience of being a strong and powerful closer with verifiable past sales volumes
Access to strong and qualified sales personnel

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000, OTE £250k +
