We are currently recruiting for the position of Property Consultant. This is a direct sales job that requires the highest standards of professionalism, the sharpest negotiation skills and a strong work ethic.

As with most estate agency jobs, this role demands that you aren’t afraid of working long hours and that you are confident in whatever you set out to achieve in life. You will be dealing with everyone from first time buyers, to high net worth individuals seeking an exclusive penthouse, so you’ll need to be comfortable with dealing with people at every level.

You should already have a background in sales, telesales, direct sales B2B excluding a retail environment. Our preference is for people who haven’t previously worked in an estate agency role. You are someone who prides themselves on their integrity and who looks for opportunities to provide the best value. You are looking to develop a highly successful career in direct sales, so this role is perfect for someone who likes to challenge themselves; someone who understands that the basic salary is merely a safety net, not the ultimate financial goal. The desire to achieve high commission payments and bonuses should be at the very forefront of your financial ideals.

We are looking for talented individuals who genuinely want to progress their career and learn every aspect of the negotiation sales cycle. You’ll have a thirst for learning and a desire to excel in your role; never forgetting that the needs of the client always come first, whilst believing that there’s no ceiling to what you can earn.
