Our client, an independent property management company, working in the property management field for over 30 years, providing landlord services, property management and letting agency services in the Thames Valley.
This an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join their professional friendly team.
The Role Responsibilities
Monitoring and arranging Gas Safety renewals & EPCs.
Reporting to Landlords on repair issues etc.
Dealing with contractors : quotes : job supervision etc.
Ensure reasonable resident issues and service requests are addressed promptly.
Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts.
Tenant referencing and monitoring process via referencing agency.
Preparation of renewal tenancy agreements.
Negotiating the return of deposits between landlord and tenant (including co-ordination of any repairs, cleaning as required).
Liaising with Landlords on a range of issues
General Administration duties
Fully qualified by The National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) Awarding Body.
3+ years’ experience in the lettings and property industry, preferably in property management.
To be considered for the role you will have:
Experience working as Property Manager within the property sector.
Good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel is a must.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to work well under pressure.
Mature and responsible common sense attitude with an eye for detail.
A driving licence and own your own car.
