The Department and Job Purpose:

XpertHR, the leading online service for HR professionals, has an exciting new opportunity for a Product demonstrator to join our fantastic Customer Success team.

The role will give you valuable experience within a highly motivated sales environment, working closely with New Business and Customer growth Account Managers.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

- Understand potential new client's requirements and to prove the company's ability to meet these through the demonstration of industry, technical and product knowledge via excellent presentation skills

- Build, develop and deliver, captivating tailored demonstrations, to establish the value of the product

- To develop a deep understanding of the product, functions and company values

- To Keep up to date on HR topics, tasks, trends and our competitors

- Assist sales team members as a key role in the portrayal of the company's image

- Assist customers, prospects and the Sales Team to build a compelling and competitive business case and return on investment

- Assess prospective customer needs and uncover requirements for our solutions

Key Skills Required:

- Outstanding communication skills

- Prior experience with CRM (Salesforce)

- Passion and positivity for life and the product

- The will to drive yourself and those around you to have maximum impact on XpertHR

- The desire to work within an amazing team

- Some formal Sales/Customer Service training

- Ability to learn new technologies very quickly and have an on-going desire to stay current with the HR market

- Ability to adapt to changing goals based on customer demands and market conditions while working with development and sales teams

- Strong problem solving skills: must be capable of accurately assessing needs, maintaining a calm business demeanour, and taking quick action to resolve issues
