My client, a prestige main dealer in the Maidstone area is looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive. The site is very busy and they are looking for someone with a drive to succeed and who takes prides in helping their customer. They should be very motivated and enthusiastic with at least 2-3 years experience within main dealer car sales.
The requirement of the role is to deliver an outstanding level of customer satisfaction and delight customers beyond their highest expectation. To ensure the customer is aware of all available extras, accessories and extended warranties along with exploring all avenues of finance to provide the customer with the best finance facilities. To ensure that you meet and maintain the required standard as dictated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for selling, recommending or dispensing advice relating to general insurance products or services.
You will ideally have experience within a prestige motor franchise, have excellent communication skills with the ability to identify the customer’s needs, along with a commitment to deliver an unparalleled level of customer service. A demonstrative track record of high performance in sales, profits and F&I with strong organisational skills and the ability to work individually as well as in a team. Have a full and valid UK driving licence.
