This is an exciting opportunity for confident and self-motivated people to join a lively call centre where a full time, permanent position is available.
Due to company development plans for 2017, this company is looking for a number of confident and self-motivated individuals to join their Telesales department.
Their lively call centre is based in Capital Business Park, Cardiff which has public transport links to Cardiff City Centre and many other surrounding areas.
Your main duties as a Telesales Executive will be to promote and sell exclusive consumer memberships to pre-approved customers on a no-obligation trial basis; this means no hard-selling, no large transactions and no commitments! There is also an opportunity for the right candidate to join the departments energy switching team where you would be responsible for gathering information, providing your customers with a no-obligation quotation and hopefully switching their gas and electricity to a cheaper supplier.

As a Telesales Executive, you will receive;
- Sociable working hours of Monday to Thursday 10:00-19:00 & Friday 10:00-16:00

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent listening and communication skills and have the ability to provide outstanding customer service. Confidence and a good telephone manner is essential and you should also be fluent English, both verbally and written. Previous experience in a similar role would be of an advantage but isn't mandatory.
