They aim to change the way of furthering the careers of teachers and teaching assistants through training, development and recruitment and improving school staffing via individual and creative recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities of the role;

• Candidate on-boarding

• Supporting the team with admin tasks

• Attending recruitment fairs

• Co-ordinating a team of external ambassadors

• Event organising/management

• Arranging and hosting social events

• Liaising with external marketing agencies

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications;

• This is a graduate level role paying £20,000pa up until September with the view to gain commission-based earning after a successful trail period.

• Confident, Hard-working and outgoing

• Excellent telephony skills

• Fast thinker, and Team player

• Enjoy working to goals/targets

• Honest & Trustworthy

• Collaborative, respectful and committed to teamwork

• Dependable, reliable and consistent
