Online Advertising Administration Assistant

This is a great opportunity to join the team behind one of the UK's leading financial comparison websites. Fully authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct authority and devoted to making the industry more accessible and transparent.

In your role as an online advertising account assistant you'll instantly become an essential part of the sales team. You'll be responsible for supporting the account managers working with a wide range of clients, including leading banks, building societies and insurance providers. You will be supporting the account managers with a range of tasks including: Analysing performance date, running reports and setting up and maintaining advertising campaigns.

In this diverse role your duties will include:

Assisting Account Managers with requests

Running Reports

Setting up and maintaining advertising campaigns within our content management system

Daily monitoring of advertising campaign performance

Invoicing completed campaigns

Organising office meetings and requirements

Skills / Experience;

Experience of financial products eg banking, insurance etc, would be an advantage.

To be considered for this position some experience with working within an office environment would be beneficial, with a competent knowledge of MS Office suite.

The role requires:

A genuine interest in working in a digital advertising environment

Excellent and confident communication skills

An understanding of the digital environment

Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

An ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively ,work under pressure and work under your own initiative

A methodical approach to work and excellent organisational skills

Strong interpersonal skills

An ability to communicate confidently, effectively and professionally with third parties as well as individuals within the company both via phone and email

An understanding of financial products would be beneficial
