This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the biggest housing providers in the UK as an onsite New Homes Sales Negotiator - Sales Negotiator. Sales experience is necessary, this role will be very high energy and rewarding, previous experience in sales is essential.

Duties for a New Homes Sales Negotiator - Sales Negotiator:
Qualifying potential buyers
Conducting property viewings
Dealing with High Net Value Individuals
Negotiating property sales
Attending development launches
Conducting open days
Character profile for a New Homes Sales Negotiator - Sales Negotiator:
They require an incredibly articulate, well presented and professional Sales Negotiators (Trainee estate Agent or Experienced) to work with them and maintain and build great relationships with their clients.
They are looking for motivated, driven individuals who are career focused, possess a strong work ethic and ideally some sales experience.
Package for a New Homes Sales Negotiator - Sales Negotiator:
Basic: Up to £26K (Depending on experience)
OTE: £45K plus
Hours: 9.30am to 6:00pm (Thurs - Mon) may have to work late on occasion
