Our client is a multi-award-winning software development and integration services company with a global customer base, including some of the world’s most well-known names. With a proven track-record in delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions to companies within sectors such as automotive, mobile software, financial and TV & Broadcasting. The company has seen serious growth (40%) year on year, over the last 5 years and is targeting similar levels of growth over the coming years.



Whilst you may not have experience of software sales, as with any new business position, all new introductions will take place on the phone and you will therefore be expected to demonstrate your ability to communicate with executives at all levels. You will bring with you excellent transferrable skills from your current position.  

You will work alongside more senior stakeholders of the business such as Senior Sales Executives and Directors, prospecting and finding new opportunities. You will be working on securing contracts ranging from £100k to £1million upwards – which means that there is some serious commission to be earned (did we mention your commission will be completely uncapped). There is also a great career path on offer and as you develop, you will have more responsibility and input into securing exciting work and building closer relationships with your clients.



Our ideal candidate will be money motivated and eager to make their mark within a dynamic industry. You will need to be eager to learn, patient, have a natural ability to build relationships over the telephone and face to face, and can work alongside colleagues at all levels. You will be able to identify relevant contacts and be responsible to updating the CRM system. You will also feel comfortable in putting together presentations for customers and management.



  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in New Business Sales

  • Previous experience of selling software services is desirable but not essential.
