New Business Executive
Nantgarw, Cardiff, Wales
Base GBP16.5k + uncapped commission (OTE + GBP23k pa ), Pension, Medical, 25 days holidays plus Bank holidays,
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Our professional and reputable client is looking for a New Business Executive based at their Head Office in Parc Nantgarw, Cardiff


My client offers Health & Safety consultancy, accreditation and CMS systems to help their clients remain within regulations set by UKAS, so Health & Safety standards are now a normal way of keeping staff safe within the workplace.

The purpose of this role is to generate new business via outbound calling (warm leads from data thats been passed to them by their clients) - pipeline will be provided

Working in a large, modern office, you will be part of a professional, dynamic team (not a call centre environment) where you will receive a full induction and ongoing training/support to enable you to hit your targets and make money!

This role would suit someone who has a solid sales background, proven track record of developing new business and a great personality!


Key Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
To achieve pre-determined sales targets.
To promote the training and consultancy services and build rapport with existing client portfolio, whilst providing an efficient sales service to bring on board new clients.
To generate new opportunities and leads.
To carry out outbound calls to new and existing clients.
To handle client enquiries promptly and efficiently.

Knowledge and Experience:
A substantial amount of sales experience
Successful and proven track record in generating new business - achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
Able to demonstrate how they have hit targets within a sales role
To develop relationships and identify new business opportunities

Qualifications:
A-level standard - desirable as particular emphasis is placed upon the proven experience of the candidate
