Locations: Manchester, Birmingham & South East
Salary: £50K - £55K, uncapped bonus, car allowance and benefits
A leading £multi-billion global Business Services company is currently looking to hire a talented solution led New Business Development Manager. If you are you are an ambitious new business hunter with a track record of winning corporate accounts this role offers an excellent career opportunity and progression. You don't need specific industry experience we just want an outstanding track record; consultative, solution led individuals who thrive on thinking differently - this is a pivotal role.
A 'hands on' role you will own, shape and deliver your sales growth strategy - you will need to demonstrate a track record in targeting and winning multi-million pound, service led contracts ideally in sectors such as Hotel & Leisure, Retail, Industry, Logistics and Facilities Management. Your remit will be to identify, target and win new business opportunities - targeting specific sectors and companies, developing solutions for potential new clients which requires a consultative, solution led sales approach.
In this role you will be required to:
*Identify, target and qualify potential prospects to win profitable new business with corporate companies
*Compile high quality proposals and tender pricing responses in order to win new business.
*Manage and develop a pipeline through the sales cycle from Prospect through to Order
You will need to have:
*Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
*Strong negotiation skills
*Excellent organisational skills
*Proven B2B solution sales track record.
