National Sales Manager - certification management systems
High Wycombe (x3 days office based, 2x days home based)
cGBP60,000 p.a basic, plus uncapped commission, company car, phone, laptop, Pension, Medical, 25 days holidays
A fantastic opportunity is available with a global company near High Wycombe. As a leader in their field, my client is expanding their sales team, and are looking for an experienced UK Sales Manager for the certification sector. You will be able to work from home a few days per week, however travel into High Wycombe is required. You will be responsible for growing your sales team and taking full ownership of the sales target, whilst developing a plan to exceed annual sales targets. Leading and managing your team is essential (x8 currently), so you will be providing training and coaching to encourage them to achieve and celebrate every little win !
To be successful in this role, you must be a hunter and a true new business sales person, with a proven track record of generating new business for at least 3 years. You must be able to provide facts and figures upon request. If you have any experience in certification, regulatory or compliance environments in a B2B sales management role, then we want to hear from you.
Your skills and what we are looking for:
This role is varied and challenging, fast paced and target driven and requires the right individual to be able to demonstrate previous examples of similar success. Youll need to demonstrate good diplomacy skills as a team leader, be approachable to staff, with the ability to implement and manage clear direction to the team at the same time as inspiring and motivating the inside sale team through the balance of maintaining good relationships.
