THE COMPANY: Already well established, this organisation are enjoying unprecedented growth thanks to a strong new product pipeline and a genuine focus on customer service. They provide a premium range of capital equipment for use in both NHS hospitals and private aesthetic clinics and are currently seeking to recruit a motivational, driven, strategic and achievement-focussed sales management professional to head up their UK sales team (four field based Account Managers and two telesales people) and drive their business forward in the UK.
THE ROLE: As National Sales Manager the successful candidate will be playing a pivotal, autonomous role within the sales team - shadowing, coaching, motivating, managing and directing your teams and helping them to grow their business. They will be calling on private aesthetic clinical / practices as well as NHS and private hospitals and typically liaising with nurses, consultants, clinic managers, aesthetic surgeons and purchasing / procurement. Candidates must have experience managing field based sales teams within the aesthetics or medical devices / equipment (not pharmaceuticals) markets and full product / company training will be provided.
