The Role: The new National Sales Manager will be looking after a team of 3 Field Sales Executives, who manage around 80 accounts each. You will personally inherit a portfolio of accounts across the UK & Ireland, selling high end kitchenware and utensils to independent retailers at store management level. You will also attend trade shows, manage P+L, identify performance gaps and work alongside your team every 4 weeks.

For this National Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Strong sales team management experience
You will come from an FMCG sales background
Knowledge of setting strategy and managing P&L is essential
Personable and motivational sales managers are sought
