Joining them as their National Sales Manager, you will promote products and services to specifiers, merchants, contractors and end users, optimising sales and providing exceptional customer care.
Aiming to re-establish the brand as the number one clayware and concrete flue manufacturer, you will work with the General Manager and develop a sales plan which includes a territory map, target accounts, visit plan, forecast, sales strategies and tactics. Developing strong working relationships and providing technical support where necessary, you will support the General Manager to ensure delivery of national deals and provide effective account planning, pricing, market intelligence and competitor benchmarking.
Hungry and determined to succeed, the successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in sales, particularly within the building products sector and have a detailed understanding of the industry and market regulations. With excellent negotiation and influencing skills and a wide network of contacts within the industry, you will confident in contract and customer agreements and have experience in accounts strategy / management and the creation of commercial business plans.
