A market leading confectionery company are looking for a National Field Sales Manager , this is an exciting strategic role combining team management , execution of the brands and the long term strategy of the channel.

This is a unique and strategic National Field Sales Manager role which will encompass three main responsibilities:
The main purpose of the role is to lead, direct, train and motivate a team of Area Sales managers, to achieve targeted economics and DADI standards in the Ireland Channel, in line with company objectives. To lead the annual business plan process for regional business management.
Due to this being quite a niche role my client is looking for some who understands people , has a great commercial understanding but also a great personality as you will have 40 people that need leadership.
This National Field Sales Manager role would require travel to Ireland for 4-5 days a month plus travel to the UK head office which is based in greater London.
