My client is currently seeking a National Account Manager, to be responsible for a frozen specialist customer. The size of the role is fluid, dependent on the individual and experience. The account is one of the business' most critical and key strategic customers, currently in double digit growth.
We are open to background; however, customer facing account management/sales experience is essential.
Your responsibilities will include: -Manage and develop relationships with one of our client's key customers -Influence and negotiate with the account (s) -Increase market share and exceed targets -Manage external relationships -Analyse customer/market data in order to creatively generate ideas and develop strategy -Development of Joint Business Plans
The ideal candidate will: -Be degree educated or equivalent calibre -Sales experience -Have FMCG experience, from an account management/retailer facing background -Hold strong influencing and negotiating skills -Have experience in budgeting and forecasting -Be adaptable, enthusiastic and organised -Be strongly analytical, have a good head for numbers and detail
