The Role: This new National Account Manager role will be to manage a major accounts within the food retailing sector, dealing at head office buyer level and identifying new areas for growth. You will have full P&L and JBP responsibilities, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders and being based within commuting distance of West London. A really exciting time for a dynamic National Account Manager to be working for the leader in their field with autonomy around the role not given with other companies.
The Company: Turning over in excess of £3Bn and established as a business since the 1940's, our client is one of the European markets leading manufacturers and suppliers of snacks, biscuits, crisps and confectionery products. With over 250 SKU's in the overall portfolio, the company are seeking to maximize their penetration in the market. They are now looking to recruit a new National Account Manager to work within a globally recognised brand. This firm offers excellent retention rates due to the business growing, and clear career paths in place. For this National Account Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
National Account Management experience, ideally from a Blue Chip background
You must have a track record of managing national accounts in the grocery or discounter sector
Candidates will be on an upward curve in their career and possess a real go-getting attitude
Experience of managing P&L within accounts is essential

£40,000 - £50,000 Base Salary
