You will be tasked with managing a selection of the company's corporate accounts and grow the relationship and revenue in accordance with company targets. Regular interaction with clients on-site will be required to be successful and a focus on industry networking is essential.
?« Hold regular meetings with existing clients, internal mangers and stakeholders to maintain smooth running of account, monitor service and client satisfaction and where necessary, handle complaints, problem solve and effect any remedial action necessary to ensure continued mutually beneficial business relationships.

?« Liaise closely with marketing for presentation and support of creative ideas and to undertake specialist trade development activity and projects as agreed with the NAD.

?« Maintain up to date customer records for all accounts and submit all necessary administration and communications in a timely and concise manner in line with company procedures.

?« Continually develop detailed personal knowledge of company account and administration procedures and policies together with a sound understanding of individual accounts needs and vending direction.
The ideal National Account Manager will have experience in either Vending Services, Contract Catering or Facilities Management. An understanding of how to manage and grow existing accounts is essential.
Track record of new national / key account business management and growth in a Business to Business environment

You will also have strong systems skills, high numeric and analytical skills.
The ability to understand the financial impact of decisions and create opportunities for theoperations teams

Ability to communicate oral and written information concisely, logically, and effectively to internal and external parties

Ability to analyse and evaluate information, compile reports and presentations and cascade this information to internal and external parties arriving at conclusions that are balanced, systematic and rational.

Systematic approach to problem solving and be a good team player.

Service / Retail exposure in a fast moving, dynamic environment within a commercially driven organisation. 'Can do' attitude

Excellent time-management, planning and organisational skills.
