Sales Manager required in North Lincolnshire

Realistic £55,000 OTE + Company Car & Benefits

Our client is a Main Car Dealership based in North Lincolnshire. Progress Recruitment Solutions are working on their behalf in order to recruit an enthusiastic, proven and successful Car Sales Manager to drive forward Sales within their established dealership.

You will be responsible for:
Purchasing and Preparation of Used Car Stock
Ensuring Pricing is correct and the website is up to date and accurate
Driving Sales including F&I Performance
Managing and Motivating a small team of Sales Executives
Working to agreed Sales Targets

A fantastic opportunity to join a successful Dealer Group and Brand. To apply you must have current/ recent Automotive Main Dealer experience within a Management role. You will ideally have current Sales Management experience, however applications may be considered from Used Car Business Manager/Sales Controllers with at least 4 years' experience at this level.
