Mortgage Team Leader

As a Mortgage Mediation Team Leader you will oversee a team of mortgage advisors ensuring that they deliver a first class service to customers ensuring a good customer outcome is achieved in each instances. You will do this through monitoring, coaching and training your team to enable each of them to reach their potential.

You will also be promoting a range of mortgage and insurance products.

An ability to provide excellent customer service is essential alongside a passion to do more and enjoy both the challenges and rewards that come from these interactions.

Our client will offer full training; however, experience in supervising staff within a regulated mortgage environment would be an advantage. They are looking for their next team members to have GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above), CeMAP and hold or commit to study for CaRER. Experience of customer service, good communication skills, dealing with queries, problem solving, compiling reports and presenting your findings to Senior Management and a willingness to work some Saturday mornings is required.
