My client is a leading association within a key medical sector. They offer advice and support to all of their members. Currently they are looking to grow this member base by bring sales professionals with a background in membership sales to the team.
My client is a leading medial membership body that acts as a first point of contact, advice and support for its professional members. They have local and national networks of members that help to arrange events and give support to those in their industry. They pride themselves in being a member owned and run business and help benefit the future of their professional by reinvesting all income into new initiatives, training and support.
The role of a Membership Sales Executive will be to primarily develop new memberships for the business which in turn will enable to business to commit more to new initiatives and support. Up until now a lot of membership development was completed through marketing. Due to a change in strategy they are now looking to develop a new sales team from the ground up.

The Successful Membership Sales Executive will have
Proven track record of business acquisition and experience of meeting sales targets
Strong commercial acumen
Confident telephone manner
Proven ability to close deals
Empathetic in dealing with prospects
Lot of energy and confidence with a positive attitude
Understanding of CRM practices
The Successful Membership Sales executive will receive
A basic Salary of £25,000 per annum
Strong commission structure 11% on all sales
OTE up to £40k
Central London based
