A leading E-commerce company in the leisure sector is currently looking to extend its marketing team to include a Marketing / Digital Optimisation Executive.
An extremely well established company within their field. This umbrella business continues to grow rapidly with a strong portfolio of household brands.
Making sure the website is fully optimised using the A/B testing software Optimizely. Looking at user journeys through all platforms (desktop / mobile), using various analytics tools such as GA and Hotjar to observe user patterns and discover possible improvements.
Day-to-day management of testing program
Generate new ideas of areas to improve, test, refine across the website, from existing design methodologies and best practice found from research and learning
Put into place full roadmaps for test scenarios; planning resources required and actions that need to be taken within the project
Implementation of tests (though Optimizely builder, hand coded HTML, CSS, JS, or working with our web dev team)
Report on findings found through tests
Investigating behaviours, journeys and demographics of customers using the website
Using UX practices on, White Label sites, and other areas of the business
Being self-driven, but also being able to work as part of a team
