Market Access and BDM Manager - Respiratory & Sleep Products

Committed to providing valued and innovative solutions to improve patient care and with business interests in several countries worldwide. They provide a premium quality range of sleep apnoea devices, CPAP machines, humidifiers, diagnostics and ventilators and they are currently looking to expand their output and hire a high calibre medical sales professional to manage and spearhead their sales nationally in the complicated, disjointed payor and influencer environment.
THE ROLE: As Market Access and BDM Manager the successful candidate will be managing and growing key clinical and commercial relationships within CCG's, typically liaising with multi-level stakeholders, key opinion leaders in the NHS as well as supporting the rest of the sales team.
The role is a strategic one, you will be tasked with creating and running advisory boards, mapping out new accounts and using your unparalleled knowledge of the NHS structure and political environment. As well as being a figurehead within the company you will work in conjunction with the sales team, utilising your knowledge and experience to assist them in achieving their targets.
Candidates must have a proven, stable and successful medical sales track record. It is essential to be strategic, highly ethical, consultative, patient focussed and positive by nature with excellent account management skills. You will be a strong team player, motivated and passionate about working hard to derive the continuous improvement and innovation in how customers and patients are supported by the company.
