The Ideal Candidate:
They are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager who is self-motivated and confident in legislation. The ability to lead is essential, with a flexible and adaptable approach, maintaining a high performing team culture with vision and agility. Being a competent Letting Manager is crucial, providing a framework which is legally compliant, delivering the company’s vision and strategy.
• Building and nurturing your team
• Keep up to date and ensure the department is compliant with property letting legislation
• Planning, directing and leading the department
• Ensuring up to date knowledge of market conditions and key competitors, proactively putting measures in place to enhance business.
• Motivating and supporting others to achieve their targets in a challenging and exciting environment
• Senior experience within a Lettings environment
