We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to start or develop their career in sales.
Due to company expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Lead Generator to work in their Crewe based office.
The successful candidates will be contacting potential clients via an automatic-dialler system; to identify their needs and establish suitability of our client’s services and to then deliver them in a professional and confident manner.
Responsibilities of the role:
Liaising directly with potential clients
Proactively identify and generate business opportunities.
Effectively negotiate with clients, colleagues and any necessary third party representatives.
Use excellent communication and questioning skills to identify and qualify leads.
Remain calm under pressure and to hit targets to contribute to personal and team success.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Excellent communication, telephone and negotiation skills
The ability to work to and achieve targets
Have a positive and resilient personality
Comfortable with outbound calling
In addition, my client will offer you an exceptional basic salary starting at £15,000 which will rise to £16,500 upon completion of a probation period. On top of the basic there is uncapped commission with the potential to earn over £1000 extra per month, plus additional staff benefits including bonus incentives, staff parties, Perkbox offers, pension and health plan.
