The successful Key Account Sales Consultant will be responsible for opening new national accounts in a particular vertical.

Your responsibility is new business, ensuring revenue and profitability on the Country Units strategic prospect accounts within Work-wear according to agreed plans and targets.

Client Details

My client are a rapid growing, market leading provider of textiles into multiple industries. After a recent acquisition following years of consistent growth, they are looking to take advantage of their wide-reaching network of clients and get a national focused BDM to work with the biggest names in the UK.

Description

Home based role: South West or South East England based.

The responsibilities of the Key Account Sales Consultant include:

To ensure that the company's vision, values and policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

Individual responsibility for pipeline, revenue (on strategic prospect accounts and new sites on existing customers) and the strategic direction of the allocated sector

Responsible for the implementation of strategic prospect account plans (including development targets and entry strategies)

Develop and maintain opportunity pipeline and provide revenue forecasts. Ensure pipeline is maintained at budget or above.

Ensure effective collaboration with CU Strategic Account management and Operations organisations to safeguard long term positive development of the customer base

Develop and nurture relationships with key individuals on new accounts of high importance

Successful delivery of presentations to prospective customers in order to secure new business.

Ensure all contract documentation and administration is accurate and delivered to the business in a timely manner

Prepare monthly reports for pipeline v target for Manager/Director.

Profile

My client are looking for a Key Account Sales Consultant with the following attributes:

Analytic, organised and structured in follow up

A Strategic thinking with good business acumen and the ability to think from the customer perspective.

High-level presentation skills

Excellent negotiation skills

Excellent written and verbal skills

Able to demonstrate a proven track record of commercial awareness.

Good attention to detail whilst retaining the ability to see the bigger picture.

IT Literate (Microsoft Office).

BONUS:

- Experience selling work-wear/textiles to national accounts.

- Can work from home.

- Can make it to Birmingham once or twice a month.

Job Offer

- £40-45k Basic - £85k OTE

- Car, phone etc.

- Guaranteed comms for first 3 months.
